With the continuous development of Internet technology, "Internet +Medical" mode has been gradually integrated into our lives. At present,facing constrained medical resource in our country and people’s growing demand for medic and health, establishing an extensive health care platform based on Internet has become one way to solve these problems.The main purpose of this platform is to provide functions including medical counseling, rehabilitation programs and health monitoring for discharged patients, making them continue to enjoy good medical services.This thesis studied a support system of the above-mentioned extensive care platform, mainly including two parts, developing and operating environment, and background system.In the first part, in accordance with the general need of extensive care platform supporting system, this thesis analyzed the basic running environment this extensive care platform needed to develop and operate,then discussed the merits of main current server integration scheme, as well as the design to compare the performance of virtualization and containerization, on whose results and test data specified the virtualization technical framework scheme of VMware vSphere, followed by brief introduction of deployment and application of system operating environment part and corresponding function based on it.In the second part, this thesis firstly introduced the general framework of extensive care business supporting system, analyzed the business process of every function module. Next, taking the design of the interface of some important functions as example, this thesis elaborated on the background developing idea and method in the framework of Spring +Spring MVC + Hibernate + MySQL, meanwhile analyzed the realization procedures of these interfaces from under layer to upper layer. Then,this thesis listed the actual test results of combination of the extensive care business supporting system in this thesis and corresponding extensive care platform, verified the feasibility of this background system and the integrity of function.
