With the rapid development of mobile Internet, patients need more medical treatment than ever before. However, the Limited medical resources could not meet the growing demand, and the lack of information exacerbated this contrast. The imbalance of supply and demand led to "difficult registration", "difficult to seek medical treatment", "difficult to see a doctor" and other issues. The informatization of the appointment registration system could help to solve the above problems.This paper designed and implemented the intelligent appointment registration management platform. The platform could provide services for both users and administrators. For the user, the platform was not only able to provide hospital doctor information, duty information and other medical information query services, but also provide the appointment registration service, medical attendance service based on the information.For the administrator, the platform could provide hospital management,doctor management, order management, user management and other management services. The following was the main work of this paper:First of all, we studied the application technology of the platform,and made the overall design of the platform in three aspects: the overall structure, the technical architecture and the functional architecture. The user-oriented data exchange module and the administrator-oriented management module were established.Secondly, we designed the database of the platform, through the functional requirements of the functional architecture and the ER diagram.From satisfying user-oriented functionality, the data interaction interface was designed. From meeting the administrator-oriented features, the management was designed.Meanwhile, we designed the optimization strategy under high concurrency, in this paper, taking into account the specificity of medical information which would inevitably lead to a high degree of concurrent access to the platform. The high concurrency architecture was designed,and the high concurrent system was designed and optimized from the server program and the database.Last but not least, the function test for data interactive interface and management was carried out on the platform. The test result verified the implementation of platform function.
