As China’s "two kinds of buses and a kind of vehicle carrying dangerous goods" has increased year by year,the number of traffic congestion and traffic accidents are also increasing,and it’s more and more difficult for the for the transport companies to manage their vehicles,it has not only seriously affected the development of the transportation industry,but also brought greater security risks to people’s travel,therefore,it is of great significance to carry out real time monitoring and management of the "two kinds of buses and a kind of vehicle carrying dangerous goods".Due to the late start of the field of vehicle monitoring and management in China,and the relevant policies were released late,so far there is no large-scale application of the "two kinds of buses and a kind of vehicle carrying dangerous goods" monitoring and management system.This paper puts forward a set of "two kinds of buses and a kind of vehicle carrying dangerous goods" monitoring and management system design,which consists vehicle terminal,server and monitoring center.The server mainly realizes the communication of the whole system,as well as the analysis and storage of the information.The monitoring center mainly provides vehicle monitoring and management functions for operators.Because the large number of the connected "two kinds of buses and a kind of vehicle carrying dangerous goods",it is difficult for the communicate of the whole system,store the data and display the vehicle information.This paper mainly deals with the development of server and monitoring center.The server is composed of data communication module and database,the development of the server is as follows:1.Design the data communication module.This paper uses the Event Select model and completion port model to achieve the communication of the system,so that the server can receive all the information of the vehicles and display it in the monitoring center,and receive the orders from the monitoring center and send it to the corresponding vehicle.2.Design the orders and analysis the information.This paper designes a set of format for the orders sent by the monitoring center,so that the server can distinguish the vehicle information and orders of monitoring center.The received information from the vehicles is analyzed according to the prescribed protocol,the received orders from the monitoring center is edited and then transmitted to the corresponding vehicle to realize the control of the vehicle.3.Design the database.This paper designes some datatables in the database of the system and associates them as a whole.The monitoring center is composed of browser and web serve,the development of the monitoring center is as follows:1.Vehicle monitoring.The monitoring center displays all the vehicles on the map first,and then use AJAX technology to achieve specific vehicle information query.Compared with the traditional vehicle monitoring technology,this method can reduce the waiting time and improve the user experience.2.Visual display of massive vehicles.This paper presents an adaptive aggregation algorithm based on grid and distance of the vehicle terminal,this algorithm can converge a large number of vehicle terminals.Compared with the direct loading of all vehicle coordinates,this method reduces the display time of the page,shows the distribution of the vehicle terminals in the system,solves the problem of overlap information in the map.3.Electronic fence management for vehicles.This paper uses the function of mouse to draw the car’s electronic fence area based on Baidu map API,and uses the ray method to monitor whether the vehicle out of the corresponding electronic fence.4.Historical trajectory query.This paper processes the points of historical trajectory of the designated vehicle,by filtering out and the error points and repeat points,it can query the historical track of the specified vehicle.5.Manage designated vehicles.This paper researches the process when the vehicle capture a image,analyzes and processes the image information received by the server,achieve the function for the monitoring center to take pictures and display them.6.Designed the path of choosed vehicle terminal,monitored the important vehicles and some other functions.After the actual test,this system realized the basic function of the monitoring and management of the "two kinds of buses and a kind of vehicle carrying dangerous goods",which achieve the expected requirements.
