The Pivotal Technology Research On Public Opinion Monitoring In The Cloud

This paper designs the network consensus monitoring system for the cloud environment under the special industry fields in order to meet the needs of the network consensus such as colleges,universities and hospitals as well as to solve the problem of insufficient pertinence,high cost and low realism.The main tasks include:By analyzing the characteristics of the information distribution of the monitoring source,the rapid acquisition system of network consensus information can be realized by using the distributed web crawler tec hnology,which can quickly crawl the relevant pages of the designated monitoring source and collects the designated web information,which improve the data acquisition rate.HTML template based on the textual extraction achieves accurate and rapid extraction of textual data.The full text retrieval technology is used to construct the full text search engine service.On this basis,the network consensus is found within 10 minutes,the average accuracy rate is over 95%,and the average recall rate is over 70%.According to the actual needs of users,design proposal achieves the cloud environment under the network consensus monitoring system and provides the network consensus monitoring and management functions.This paper integrates the data acquisition system,network consensus discovery system,monitoring and management system.The three subsystems form the network consensus monitoring system under the cloud environment.It provides the network consensus monitoring service for the universities,hospitals and other non-governmental organizations under the cloud environment.
