The content of this design is derived from the project of carrying materials on the production line of an enterprise.According to the business plan,a mechanical hand should be designed to work on the production line.As a high-tech products that have taken off in recent years,industrial robots are widely used in various fields.In our country,domestic robots are facing a large number of excellent foreign companies with significant market share.There is a very severe competitive pressure.Now our country is transforming from "manufacturing power" to "manufacturing power",China's manufacturing industry will be in line with international standards.the automation level is around the corner,and the development of the manipulator will be injected fresh blood to the industrialization.Due to the heavy load and reliable characteristics of hydraulic actuation,the mechanical hand is designed by this project is hydraulics.According to business demand and the reality of this design overall scheme is adopted four degrees of freedom manipulator,mainly by using CATIA software for 3 d modeling artifacts of the manipulator.This paper analyzes the principle of motion and the working cycle,and completes the design of hydraulic system,such as the calculation of the driving force of hydraulic actuator,calculation of hydraulic cylinder pressure and flow and the selection of hydraulic cylinder,drawing the schematic diagram of hydraulic system,calculation and selection of hydraulic components such as hydraulic pump,pipe and tank.Verification of performance of hydraulic system.Using AMESim to analyze the hydraulic system.Modeling and using ADAMS to conduct kinematics simulation to ensure the feasibility of the design.
