With the development of economy,China’s power grid has been expanding,and the working environment of power grid is becoming more and more complicated.In special areas such as island,plateau,the desert,grassland and so on,how to monitor the power grid parameters has become the main challengein the power industry.The current power grid monitoring is usually wired,the conventional cable grid parameter monitoring system for the special area,exists integrated wiring difficulties,long construction period,high cost,limited scope of monitoring,poor scalability,equipment maintenance difficulties and a series of problems.The remote monitoring system based on cellular mobile communication can realize wireless monitoring,but the cost is very expensive.The traditional manual inspection line requires a large number of professional technical personnel,vulnerable to subjective factors,in the harsh and dangerous environment,the inspection personnel cannot reached.It is difficult to achieve power grid monitoring,resulting in monitoring blind spots;In the helicopter patrol line process,vulnerable to the impact of the natural environment,and expensive,difficult to achieve the desired situation.Due to the lack of effective means of monitoring,the current real-time performance of power grid in remote areas is poor and the amount of information is limited.It is difficult for managers to adjust power resources correctly,seriously affect the flexible adaptability and automation operation of power networks.In view of the above problems,this paper presents a heterogeneous wireless sensor network monitoring system with grid parameters.Firstly,this paper introduced the architecture of wireless sensor network,and studied the ZigBee network and communication process.Based on the research on the diversity of network access technology,established the structure of heterogeneous wireless sensor network.Secondly,put forward the design requirements and scheme respectively from the grid parameter acquisition layer and heterogeneous gateway layer.The CC2530 wireless communication module was the main controller,the external current transformer circuit,the voltage divider resistance voltage acquisition circuit and the pretreatment circuit,realized the parameter acquisition and data preprocessing respectively.Heterogeneous gateway layer achieved multi-type network seamless,used STM32 constitute as the smallest system,through the external interface circuit connected Ethernet,GPRS module,and then uploaded to the host computer.Once again,designedthe software of the grid monitoring system.Including data acquisition,data transmission,GPRS data transmission,Ethernet communication and ZigBee-TCP/IP protocol conversion.Finally,through the test completed the collection of power grid parameters and its analysis.Test results showed that the design has a certain degree of reliability and practical value,can provide technical and decision-making support for scheduling,real-time monitoring of the power grid.
