The Research And Application Of Association Rules Technology In The Smart Distribution Grid

With the rapid development of network,information technology as well as database management system widespread application,the amount of data in every walk of life has been growing.Data mining is the result of evolution of information technology development,which is the process that extracts hidden,unknown and the potential value of information and knowledge form large amounts of data of the database.The association rules technology is an important branch in data mining,and is widely used in marketing,telecommunications,banks,and other areas.The association rules technology is introduced to the distribution system,and the relationship between the distribution system data platform of power load data and its influence factor of the data is mined.Firstly,the power load data from distribution network and its influence factor data such as the weather data and economy data is integrated,and the Data Warehouse with the theme of power load analysis is built.Secondly,in order to convert the different data type into the suitable form of mining,the clustering method is used to generalize the original data.Finally,the Apriori algorithm of the association rules technology is developed to find frequent items and achieve strong association rules from the subject data set.Therefore,the relationship of correlative factors to power load can be found by the algorithm.Besides,the disadvantage of traditional Apriori algorithm of the association rules technology is analyzed,and the improved Apriori algorithm is introduced to this paper.The contrast test show the better performance on run time saving and the candidate binomial set,and the feasibility as well as high efficiency is proved in the test.Through the improved algorithm,the power load data from distribution network and the weather data and economy data are mined for the association rules.Eventually,base on the method above,a program was composed and the result can be analyzed.
