Abstract/Summary:
As a result of non renewable of fossil energy,has faced the danger of exhaustion of natural resources,renewable energy has become popular around the world,wind energy due to its many advantages,has become a new force in renewable energy.However,due to the most wind farm built in remote areas,such as mountains,coastal areas,there are many wind turbine on wind farm,not only scattered arrangement,but also the transportation is inconvenient,if only using the local monitoring and monitoring mode and the need to maintain a large number of maintenance personnel and transportation of large wind turbines,and the efficiency is very low.The data acquisition system of wind force refers to real-time display for wind turbine sensor signal detected.System analysis of storage and statistics,is a set of wind turbine data monitoring,collection,transmission,processing and application of high technology enterprise software control in one.In recent years,the rapid development of the mobile network provides favorable conditions for the wireless network to realize data acquisition data acquisition system of the wind turbine.The wind turbine equipment used in wireless network can solve the trouble of wiring cable equipment in complex environment appears,fault inspection difficult shortcomings,research wireless network acquisition system of wind turbine will produce,provide a new solution to the enterprise cost.According to Longyuan Damao waisted sea 6MW about wind power access to rural net demonstration project,because the wind turbine project is located in Inner Mongolia near the village of Ukraine in town river,the remoteness of the control room and the wind motor location far,need to transmit data by remote communication,and due to the location of the Telecom operators did not provide wired data transmission.Based on the above reasons,this paper proposes a scheme to realize the application of wind turbine data acquisition using mobile network technology.Based on Longyuan Damao waisted sea 6MW about wind power access to rural net demonstration project to rural demonstration projects on the detailed analysis of the basic theory,focuses on the related knowledge of wind turbine data acquisition system used,through the theory of knowledge,its application to the system architecture.This paper makes a detailed introduction from the design scheme the hardware and software system.At the same time,the fault diagnosis and alarm algorithm for wind turbine is studied,and the fault tree algorithm is applied to the system,good diagnostic results are obtained.
