Uninterruptible power supply(UPS)can offer the backup power to keep the electrical appliances working uninterrupted as well as offer them power with high quality if needed.It’s extensive used in industry and our daily life.First,the inverter,the most important part of the uninterrupted power supply,was researched in this paper.Because of some problems of traditional control method,the improved repetitive control of nk±m is adopted to improve the quality of the output waveform and the dynamic response speed.The whole inverter is established on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink simulation model.On the one hand,the simulation analysis the SPWM and SVPWM used in single-phase inverter to verify the superiority of single phase SVPWM modulation strategy.On the other hand,repetitive control and improved repetitive control is simulated,including no-load,load resistance,resistance and inductance load and variable load four ways.The results showed that the approved repetitive control has better dynamic performance and steady state performance.Aimed at the question that there were few research for Analysis of the structure and reaction mechanism of the battery,the BP neural network method of residual capacity and lifetime of the battery are analyzed.Through training,choosing the voltage of the battery residual capacity,discharge current and temperature accurately judge the SOC of battery.Based on it,combining the degree of discharge and temperature,life estimation of the battery was achieved for using UPS more safety and economic.At last,the hardware and software system were designed based on the MSP430F149sign-chip.Rectifier,boost,inverter,sampling,host computer communication,temperature detection and other circuits were discoursed detailed.
