Our country has a large population,and the base of population is relatively large.Therefore,the number of newborns is also very large each year.Although the number of maternal and infant hospital has increased in recent years,but face with the birth of a large number of babies every day,staff in the hospital often feels tired and exhausted.The limitations of human care let criminals have an opportunity,so that the safety of the babies in the hospital can not get effective guarantee.You can find no matter domestic or foreign,we often see event reports in the major media about babies were stolen or were confused,similar incidents are repeated frequently.These problems lead to deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship.The babies’ family don’t trust the hospital.After the incident,the babies’ family vent their own dissatisfaction through improper extreme measures,which increases the instability of society.This is extremely unfavorable to the development of the medical enterprise.With the development and progress of science and technology,the market needs a modern management equipment to change the status quo.Under this background,we developed the maternal and infant hospital management system,according to the market demand,to ensure the safety of newborns.At the same time the system also reduces the burden of staff in the hospital.Mother and child management system is a system that we have done independently for satisfying social needs.The characteristics of the system are hardware and software combination,easy operation and systematic.The system not only to ensure the safety of maternal and infant but also increase the standardization of the hospital.The system based on RFID technology not only solve a series of difficulties about the standardized management of maternal and infant,but also combined with the second generation ID card identification,electronic tag identification,omni-directional and directional signal reception and other new technologies.In the hospital,the system provides the omni-directional supervisionto ensure the safety of maternal and infant so as to make the management system with safe and reliable.In October 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee decided to actively cope with phenomenon of population aging in our country.Our country decided to continue to implement the basic national policy of family planning,while improving the population development strategy,a couple can have two children.China’s comprehensive implementation of the policy that a couple can have two children highlight the feasibility and market demand of the mother and child management system.This article is based on the hardware equipment.In this paper,the maternal and infant management system software function has carried on the detailed introduction.The hardware of this system mainly uses the existing products in the market.I have done the main work is to use VS2010 and QT programming tools for system background management software design.As the basis for the design,equipment management software,information management software,maternal and child management software,ward management software are based on actual research,combined with the actual layout and needs of the hospital and a series of standards as a basis for the design.On the premise of ensuring the safety of maternal and infant,the system has the most user-friendly software interface.At the same time,the system is convenient for staff in the hospital to master and operate.The mother and child management system not only completes the management of equipment,ward,mother and child,all kinds of information,but also the system operation log,user data and a series of operation information automatically which are saved in the system backstage database to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.
