The Subway Foundation Pit Online Monitoring System Based On Zig Bee Network

With the rapid development of metro construction in metropolitan areas,the construction of metro foundation pit is an important link in subway construction.Subway pit is one of the greater risk of the project,subway pit construction monitoring has become an integral part of subway construction.Subway excavation process,due to the role of internal forces,foundation pit soil deformation occurs,the situation is serious,will cause the foundation pit collapsed,endangering the health of life and property.It is necessary to monitor the deep horizontal displacement of the subway pit.This paper first summarizes the method of monitoring the subway pit,through the analysis of the sensor system,data transmission and other issues,gives the system hardware structure.This paper analyzes the method of deep horizontal displacement monitoring of the foundation pit in the subway.In this paper,according to the requirements of the on-line monitoring system of the subway,a fixed-type fixed inclinometer,a distributed acquisition node and a gateway for data acquisition and transmission,are designed to measure the deep horizontal displacement.The data accuracy,stability and temperature characteristics of the guide wheel type fixed inclinometer are tested.The temperature compensation method of the guide wheel type fixed inclinometer is analyzed,the data stability is improved,and the effectiveness of the temperature compensation algorithm is verified.Designed the security cloud platform,the scene collected data through the gateway to the security cloud,peace of mind can store large amounts of data for display and analysis,and can do subway pit construction process safety assessment.This paper focuses on the sensor and distributed acquisition node system of the monitoring system of deep horizontal displacement of subway pit based on Zig Bee network.Finally,based on Zig Bee network subway pit pit monitoring system related research and design work,in Qingdao R3 subway project has been applied to meet the design requirements.
