Design And Implementation Of Fixed Assets Management System Of Urban Construction Class Of State Owned Enterprises

With the deepening and accelerating of the reform process of state-owned enterprises,the types and quantities of fixed assets are increasing.How to manage the fixed assets quickly and effectively through fixed assets management system will directly affect the development speed of enterprises.Through the research,it is found that the fixed asset management system of most state-owned enterprises generally has the following problems: early development,long use time,original interface of the system,imperfect function and poor user experience.These problems lead to the enterprise fixed asset management is more confusing,and there are many redundant data.These problems are becoming obstacles to the transformation and development of state-owned enterprises,enterprises urgently need fast,scientific and reliable fixed asset management system to adapt to the existing management and reform and development needs.In view of the above problems,it is imperative to design and develop fixed asset management system of state-owned enterprises.In the actual development process used JBMP business flow technology,improve system flexibility and scalability.In the system requirements analysis,the business process and business entities of fixed asset management are analyzed in detail.The system mainly includes three modules: routine management of fixed assets,change management of fixed assets and depreciation management of fixed assets.According to the analysis of system requirements,the design of fixed asset management system architecture.Including system topology diagram,system business function module detailed design,system interface design,system logical view design and system data view design.The system interface design is mainly to design the system and purchasing management system and financial management system interface,improve the system integration.On this basis,the paper elaborates the design and implementation of three core function modules of the system in detail.The system maintains the whole process of increasing,changing and decreasing the fixed assets,records the value changes caused by the changes of original value,accrued depreciation and accumulated depreciation in the life cycle of the fixed assets,comprehensively and meticulously feedback thedistribution of fixed assets,Use and depreciation,thus helping enterprises to strengthen asset management,improve asset utilization.The main features of the system include: flexible business process management,strict business control,good scalability and a high degree of integration.The system is designed to take full account of the actual business needs of state-owned enterprises,after testing,the system is running normally,can better meet the enterprise asset information management requirements,improve the state-owned enterprise asset protection efficiency and satisfaction,to achieve the state-Enterprise assets,transparency,integration,dynamic,precise management.
