DC drives are applied in a wide range in the modern industrial production. Abroad has developed with parameter self-tuning function of DC motor drive,and the domestic independent research and development with parameter self-tuning function of drive technology is not yet mature. Many scientific research institutes have successively in DC motor drives the PID parameters self-tuning. On the basis of the existing DC motor drive technology developed which has the function of PID parameter online self-tuning universal DC motor drive has a certain significance.Based on the analysis of the existing DC motor drive technology, the double closed loop DC motor parameters self-tuning technology scheme design, completed the control board and power board hardware design and debugging, the current loop parameters self-tuning and speed loop parameters self-tuning simulation analysis and experimental verification, respectively.At the first,based on the present situation of dc motor drive technology development at home and abroad, in reference, on the basis of all kinds of DC motor control scheme is put forward based on the model of the current loop PI parameter self-tuning and rule-based speed loop PI parameter self-tuning of universal design of dc motor drives.Secondly, combined with the control system scheme, complete the hardware design of a control board and power board,and use the software Multisim simulation analysis of the designed circuit.Based on the ARM of the control panel features include: various analog channel of real-time communication, AD sampling, and the upper machine can make H bridge driver, current and speed detection and status display.Power plate driven by H bridge mode to realize the voltage of motor control.Next, according to the scheme of control system and hardware parameters, the use of MATLAB/Simulink for current loop based on the model parameter self-tuning simulation analysis, and the parameter identification and current loop self-tuning part programming, to complete the current loop self-tuning experiment, to verify the simulation results.Finally, depending on the speed loop rule self-tuning scheme, simulation analysis was made on fuzzy self-tuning PI speed loop, and combined with the simulation algorithm and system structure of hardware, program design, complete the drive test and function test.Contrast analysis to the experimental data and simulation results, prove the feasibility of scheme has certain.
