In the 21 st century,the technology has made rapid development,wireless communications technology.Internet technology also have made great progress.The demand for voice service,video service and data service in mobile terminals has increased dramatically.Spectrum resources of LTE-Advanced system become increasingly tense,simply increasing the number of macro base stations has been difficult to meet the wireless communication coverage and capacity requirements,so the concept of Hetnet(Heterogeneous network)was born.The hierarchical heterogeneous network,which is composed of low power miniaturized base stations in the area of traditional macro base station deployment,can effectively improve the utilization rate of wireless coverage and spectrum resources,and improve the performance of wireless network.The problem of resource allocation under heterogeneous networks currently has become a new hotspot in the industry,most of the research work focuses on the system to maximize throughput and optimize energy efficiency,but it's rarely with the user experience as the research goal.Therefore,this article researches for QoE(Quality of Experience)evaluation model of different business from the user's point of view,and maximizing the system user experience and optimizing the system user experience energy efficiency as the research goal,allocating heterogeneous network system resources rationally and efficiently,so that the system maintains a lower energy consumption and the user experience has been further improved.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.At first,we study and select a typical quality of experience evaluation model for different services,and on this basis,we make a heterogeneous network system model composed of macrocell and home femtocell.In this model,different mobile devices respectively carry voice service,video service,and data service.We use SA(Simulated Annealing)algorithm to optimize the allocation of system resources.The simulation result shows the algorithm optimizes the allocation of radio resources according to the characteristics of different services,maximizes the sum of the systems QoE,and avoids the waste of resources when the user's QoE is satisfied.And the algorithm is more reasonable than the traditional algorithm based on maximizing the throughput allocation,and the system user experience is also better.2.This paper considers the increasing energy consumption of mobile devices and constructs the energy efficiency model based on quality of experience.And the resource allocation problem of optimized user experience under heterogeneous network is further studied.In this paper,we propose an improved MOSA(Multi-Objective Simulated Annealing)algorithm to solve the complex multi-objective optimization problem.The algorithm is simulated and compared with the traditional algorithm based on the optimal energy efficiency allocation.It can be seen that the algorithm has excellent global optimization and avoids wasting excess energy on the devices that have reached the demand of QoE.The algorithm alos meets the principle of future green communications and maximizes energy efficiency of quality of experience.
