| Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy(LIBS)is a new kind of spectroscopy technology.It’s principle is using a high energy pulsed laser excites substances,then it will generate a plasma,and generate a number of emission spectras.We can know the chemical composition and content of the substances by detecting and analysising these emission spectras.LIBS have some excellent advantages,simple,fast processing,multi-element.LIBS is a good rapidly analysis method.Of course,because LIBS’s developmental time is short,it has not yet reached the level of maturity,it also requires many researchers to carry out a wide range of reserch.In this dissertation,the research objects are glass,footwear material and copper valve.In the LIBS experiments,the influence of laser energy,delay time and lens-to-sample distance are investigated,we design a revolving sample platform equipment using for detecting the footwear material.In the microwave digestion-ICP experiments,the influence of digestion temperature,digestion time,digestion reagent and emission line are investigated.We detected the Si and Ba content of the glass,Pb content of the footwear material,and Cu content of the copper valve by use of LIBS method,calculate the Si and Ba content of the glass by use of theoretical composition,detected the Pb content of the footwear material by use of microwave digestion-ICP method,detected the Cu content of the copper valve by use of titration method.Then we compare the LIBS’s results with other results,for galss with 10~20% Si and 30~50% Ba,the standard deviation of LIBS’s parallel detection results of Si and Ba is between 2.23~7.48% and 1.40~5.51%,the LIBS’s results relative deviation of Si and Ba with the theoretical composition is between-10.13~9.81% and-7.29~11.76%;for the footwear material with 30~140 mg/kg Pb,the standard deviation of LIBS’s parallel detection results is between 4.13~22.63%,the LIBS’s results relative deviation with the microwave digestion-ICP’s results is between-25.00~14.81%;for the copper valve with 60~70% Cu,the standard deviation of LIBS’s parallel detection results is between 1.99~2.62%,the LIBS’s results relative deviation with the titration’s results is between-2.76~5.74%.So for the primary elements of alloy and glass,the LIBS’s results are relatively accurate,for the trace elements of the footwear material,the LIBS method is a good rapidly screening method.The study of this paper shows that the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy combined with free calibration method can be used in detecting the primary elements of alloy and glass and the trace elements of the footwear material.The study of this paper has a positive effect on the rapid screening of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy.laser induced breakdown spectroscopy combined with free calibration method. |
