A company in 2008 set up a OA collaborative office system,it has been a few years time,while also conducted a number of system upgrade,but with the internal organizational structure of continuous improvement,increase the number of personnel,communication and coordination between departments,leaders of information,more comprehensive data show,and improve the Office efficiency,the need to upgrade retrofit or comprehensive replacement of the existing OA system.The construction of enterprise office system is mainly according to the actual needs of the work of the government in the process and improve the efficiency of the target,and let the office staff can be more convenient for processing and summarizing of daily documents,and has high safety performance,and then based on the original OA system of enterprises,the data analysis and classification to a where to build effective communication platform between the departments and staff,so as to realize the data sharing process.Through the research and analysis of the demand analysis and the development technology of the collaborative office system,this paper uses B/S architecture and JAVA language to realize the system by using ORACLE data.The main work of this paper is as follows:First:this paper first introduces the background and significance of system construction,fully elaborated the necessity of the construction of collaborative office system of an enterprise;analysis and Research on the status quo at home and abroad of the cooperative office system,discusses the main technical conditions will be used for the construction of the system,and ultimately the system now lay knowledge.Second:in the demand analysis part,the paper discusses the non functional requirements and functional requirements of the system from two angles.According to their actual needs of collaborative office system of an enterprise,the mail list management,text messaging,document retrieval,mailbox management and transmission and electronic approval process(the process of initiation and approval)and other key modules of the detailed analysis of the case.Third:in the design section,this paper describes the design of the system from the aspects of system architecture,UML timing diagram design,database design and so on.Forth:in order to verify the stability of the system,related technology research,system testing methods and testing tools,the system is tested with the system;actual running on the line,were also described and evaluated using actual data of the final implementation of performance of an enterprise system office system condition.In accordance with the requirements for the enterprise comprehensive information office,utility,positioning,business processing and other aspects of the cooperative system construction after the completion of the start,a corresponding solution,provides the overall structure design and technical route of building collaborative system for the enterprise,and then elaborates the concrete steps to achieve this goal,the implementation of the planning and implementation of key.The construction of the cooperative office system of an enterprise,omit intermediate links all the more communication generated,thus greatly enhance the efficiency of the business,saving a lot of manpower and resources,enhance the competition ability of the enterprise,has a strong practical significance.
