The Design Of The Explosive Car’s System

With the development of China’s civilian blasting,the study that can be used for continuous automatic production equipment in explosive industry become a hot issue.Site mixed explosives vehicle has a high degree of automation,It appears to solve the problem of safe transport and to promote the safe production of explosives.In order to improve the mechanization and automation level of civilian blasting equipment in the production,storage,transport,safety and operations,This paper presents a new site Mixed explosives vehicle system design.This paper firstly introduces the current development of the site mixed explosives vehicles in the international and domestic,and then analyses the existing problems about the regulatory bottleneck and automatic control system of the site mixed explosives vehicles.Based on live productive technology and control requirements of the mixed explosives vehicles,Designed the Automatic control hardware system of the mixed explosives vehicles based on PLC,Completed the software system design and programming debugging.On account of controlling precision of proportion problems in the procedure of the explosives.This paper put forward polynomial line period of curve fitting,improves the Explosive productivity and precision of proportion.Promote the improving the quality of the explosivesThis paper also puts forward that eliminated the network based on the car of the platform of remote monitoring of explosives framework,and design a car monitoring system of hardware system.Actual production shows that automatic control system of site mixed explosive vehicle’s explosive production process reaches the design performance index and can satisfy the explosive production requirements.Explosive automatic control system of site mixed explosive vehicle reaches the domestic leading level and the advanced level of the industry.
