During the wide application of Web Services technology in Network management,the big five network management function split into separate services.For the rapid increase services number and the heterogeneity exist in services of different network management platform which causes the problem of services discovery and services reuse.Service description refers to the demand for the unified description in the service requester and service provider of services,in order to facilitate the services discovery[1].Illumination from the concept of semantic web,services can be machine"understanding" and "operation" due to semantic description that facilitates the discovery and combination of services.The researchers are attracted by the problem which make use of semantic Web Services technology and recommend suitable services to users in Network management.On the basis of the traditional Web Services system,this paper puts forward a kind of an automatic combination of semantic Web services discovery system that is aimed at improving the accuracy rate of services matching and satisfying user demand for combination services.First of all,it designs the service description information model which contains basic service information and semantic service information according to existing Web services network management platform.Secondly,it discusses the service recommendation method based on the information model,which contains the matching mechanism and combination techniques of services.Finally,on the basis of traditional Web Services system,we design semantic service recommendation prototype system.It adds the semantic matching module and service combination module on the service registry center,which provides the function of single service recommendation and combine service recommendation.
