Research And Application Of Information Security In Distributed Control System

Distributed control system is widely used in chemical industry and other industrial sites.With deep integration and development of the information and industrialization,information technology helped industrialization process.But it also makes the industrial control network is no longer an independent network of individuals.But with information Network interconnection,coupled with the industrial security system itself insecurity.That makes the security risks from the information side easily spread to the industrial network,to the impact of safe operation of enterprises.Bayesian classifier is widely used in classification field.Applying this method to intrusion detection can greatly improve the detection accuracy.However,the algorithm has the shortcomings of poor detection rate of unknown attack type,and the clustering algorithm can make up for this defect well.Since the distribution density of the sample has a great influence on the clustering algorithm in the process of calculation,and the increase of the number of data.The algorithm is time-consuming and the time is poor,and a point density function is used.The method of weighting and the idea of stabilizing the clustering point.In this paper,The Bayesian classification is applied to the intrusion detection in combination with the optimized fuzzy clustering algorithm,and the method is validated by using the test data set in the 10 percent data set.The experimental results show that this method has a significant improvement in the accuracy of intrusion detection.This paper focuses on the information security risk analysis of typical distributed control system.Analysis the information to find out the main security problems of distributed control system and a common means of attack,for security risks and common means of attack.The comprehensive application of industrial control system information security intrusion Bayes classifier and modified FCM algorithm in combination of detection technology and industry firewall,industrial security isolation gateway based on the realization of the MES layer,monitoring layer,control layer(field layer)reliable safe and stable operation.And the protection method is successfully applied in Nantong star chemical control system,has a good protective effect.
