Design And Implementation Of Digital Staff Management Platform Based On MVVM Mode

With the development of Internet technology, the digital degree of petroleum enterprises has been increasing. Digital staff, means employees equipped with different terminals used for the production, office,communication scenarios. The digital staff management platform is a platform built by the petroleum enterprise which provides digital staff with production, work, and communication service. The platform aims to help enterprises to realize the intelligent management and improve the efficiency of production and office.This paper first introduces the research background and the trend of times, and describes the meaning behinds the research. Then it briefly introduces the key technologies involved in the research process, including MVVM related technology and front-end separation technology. Through the analysis of the demand of digital employees on the system, it clarifies the functional requirements and the non-functional requirements. Then in general,it designs the architecture of the system and divides the modules according to the demand. It ensures that the architecture is based on MVVM mode with the front-end isolation layers, clarifies the three main functional modules, which are intelligent production, news bulletin and employee garden, and defines the sub-functions of each module. In detail,this paper particularly designs the division and coordination of different layers, the logic flow and the data exchange. In the implementation phase,which based on the general and detailed design of the unit, it completes every unit on every layer. Finally, this management platform not only meets the demands both in functional way and non-functional way, but also works well in a certain project.Based on the application scenario for the petroleum enterprise, this paper designs and realizes a digital staff management platform, which provides a multi-layer architecture based on MVVM mode and provides favorable support in practical application. The rationality of system functions and the scalability of the multi-layer architecture have been verified.
