After the "cold war" ended,terrorism has become the most serious threat to national security.After the terrorist attacks happen in the city,it needs coordinate efforts in a joint counter-terrorism operations to combat the crimals,rescue the injured,restore the order and so on.Concerted requires good information exchange and sharing of information,therefore,urban anti-terrorism emergency communications become a research frontier.In the study of emergency communication network construction,there are two basic views.One is to build a dedicated communications network to transmit emergency communications information;the other believes the work may be based on the existing communication network,which can be modified for the transmission of emergency communications.This paper supports the latter view and proposes a set of anti-terrorism emergency communications solutions.That is the use of"cloud computing" technology to build the anti-terrorism information center and the use of TD-LTE terrorism emergency communication transmission network.This paper discusses the issue against terrorism communications,full text can be divided into two parts.The first part discussed the network design;the second part researched the network resource scheduling for the downlink,and proposed a scheduling algorithm based on QoS.Finally,the theoretical analysis and simulation experiments are also made.Simulation results verify the performance of the proposed algorithm is superior to the existing major algorithms.To sum up,the main contribution of this paper is to propose a "cloud computing" technology of Counter-Terrorism Information Center Design and TD-LTE in urban anti-terrorism emergency communications transmission network design,and downlink resources scheduling algorithms have been studied and improved,and finally by improving the simulation platform,the paper verified the theoretical performance of the new algorithm.
