In today's rapid development of Internet,the information data is growing exponentially,offering people lots of information for work,study and life,but it also makes people under the burden of information.So it is a common issue for lots of businesses that how to solve the problem to filter the most important information and block the useless information from the Internet.Search technology has helped solve this problem soon followed,at least in part,but,this technology has evil that users show entering relevant infonnation before in this technology.When the information user entered doesn't perfectly match what user is looking for,the findings of the search technology is bad.In such a situation,personalized recommending system emerges,becoming an instrument to solve the problem of information overload.However it is mostly used in e-commerce services and has little been used in file and television filed,even when it is been used,it always for the typical user.The user for the personalized recommending system in present paper is not the typical user who watched the film or program,but the employees in the television station named channel users.In the film and television filed,it is a fresh problem to offer personalized recommending services for the channel user in our country.The employees in television station always consider to buy some programs broadcast in other channels when make the list of broadcasts.So it becomes a problem to find the program which is suitable for current channel.This paper describes a new personalized recommendation algorithm for film and television filed by the analysis of channel data and the information of film and program.In this algorithm,firstly get the preference matrices from the program which broadcast in the target channel.Secondly,get the similarity of user and program.Then we can get a list of program.After put the programs in similarity order,the films is fed back to the user.The user can find the program more similar to the program broadcast in the target channel and it can help the employees to make decision to choose the programs.In this paper,the personalized program recommendation algorithm is used in the intelligent program data analysis system.
