Since the concept of Internet of things (IoT) was put forward in 1990s, it has been widely concerned at home and abroad, and the Internet of Things technical standards are also constantly refined. In June ,2016,the Internet of things standard NB-IoT is formally approved and frozen in South Korea on the 3 GPP RAN plenary meeting, global operators have a unified standard proprietary protocol of IoT, which also indicates that after the computer and Internet two information industry changes entered the era of IoT. The rapid development of IoT industry provides many opportunities for people and also ushers in a lot of challenges, M2M service as a typical service type of IoT, which is different from the traditional H2H services, also becomes an important research topic.In this paper, first analyze the application requirements of M2M services in all walks of life, abstract the characteristics of M2M services and establish the M2M service feature model and traffic model. Secondly,the effective transmission of M2M service in LTE communication system is studied,, analysis the feasibility of dynamic scheduling and semi persistent scheduling (SPS) is applied to the M2M , improve existing SPS mode: according to the BSR of M2M devices dynamically adjust the SPS period, and only updated uplink once MCS at each measurement window,to meet the massive M2M service scheduling request and avoid congestion in the same time with reducing the signaling overhead; then analyze the performance of the algorithm simulation experiment. Finally,the M2M traffic model and M2M-SPS are applied to the simulation software to simulate the application of the algorithm.
