The demand for rapid access, transformation and consumption of information in the contemporary society is becoming stronger and stronger, and the trend of mobile communication network function virtualization (NFV) is becoming more and more obvious; the existing communication network structure and network quality are difficult to meet the business and market Of the demand, so to improve the network structure, optimize network coverage, improve service quality has become an important issue in today's industry. In order to solve the above problems, the author's research includes:firstly, the definition and function of OMC ( Operation and Maintenance Center ) northbound interface of mobile communication network management system are studied. Then, in combination with network function virtualization (NFV) in network structure optimization, network service flexible deployment and network resource sharing This paper summarizes the business development trend of the mobile communication network management system, studies the relevant standardization work of the future development stage of NFV technology, and the optimization of the existing network OMC northward interface. Then, it studies the OMC North interface of the EPS network (KPIs) of the core network EPC (Evolved Packet Core) of the Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN) and EvolvedPacket Domain (EPC), and the performance indicators (KPIs) of the EPC (Evolved Packet Core) Key product quality indicators (KQI).Finally, on the basis of the above research, the necessity of designing and realizing the data management system of the OMC northbound interface of the mobile communication network is designed and analyzed. The requirements of the system are analyzed, and the main functions and the non-functional requirements of the system are listed TheOn the basis of technical research and system demand analysis, the author designs and realizes the OMC northbound interface performance management data analysis system. The main functions of the system include user rights management, template customization, one-click management, file resolution, and auxiliary modules of software for northbound interface performance data of different NEs. System support functions include performance file scoring, system log management, data backup and recovery, to meet the needs of the analysis stage of the non-functional requirements, to enhance the system experience. The innovations mentioned in this paper include: The template customization function uses the OMC private counter algorithm to adapt the specific analysis algorithms to the performance indexes of different NEs to solve the unified processing of different network element performance indicators. The file resolution function uses JAX in STAX (Streaming API for XML) model to resolve xml files, to solve the North interface data services to take over all the business after the batch analysis of performance data difficulties. In the end, the author uses the method of gray-box to test the system, and each module realizes the main function proposed in the requirement analysis stage. The OMC private counter algorithm used by module customization solves the problem of the performance analysis of different network elements. The file parsing module's STAX model boosts performance resolution by 15%. Based on the above analysis of OMC Northbound interface performance management data, the system has completed the unified performance data analysis of different network elements of operators, which is of great significance for operators to enhance the network management performance, and is suitable as a network operation tool for operators under the background of NFV.
