| With the continuous progress of science and technology, more and more products into our life. Beverage vending machines are ubiquitous in the company, the subway station, shopping malls, etc. And the beverage showcase is also ubiquitous in supermarkets, KTV, etc. They have brought great convenience. However, a great disadvantage of the beverage showcase is that it needs manual check of remaining volume. There are many restrictions on the inspection system of the beverage vending machine. Artificial intelligence has grown up in today’s society. Such a manual count is to bring a lot of inconvenience, which spend too much manpower and material resources. Therefore, the automatic identification system of commodities is proposed in this paper to solve this tricky problem and to make our lives more intelligent. People through the system can get the number of various brands of drinks on the computer. The design of automatic identification system is mainly divided into the following points.(1) Design zip-top cans identification model and propose an evaluation algorithm for the qualified ellipse. Zip-top cans identification model algorithm contains three recognizers, the rims recognizer, the key points recognizer, the colors recognizer. The rims recognizer is the most important part of the zip-top cans recognition model. It is also the most innovative.Evaluation algorithm for ellipses based on RANSAC algorithm is proposed in this paper, which can determine the existence and location of zip-top cans. The test identified six kinds of zip-top cans, including their quantity,location, brand.(2) Design Tetra Pak beverage identification model. The model used the face recognition training model opencv_traincascade in OpenCV,which is achieved through the Haar-like feature and Adaboost algorithm to train a cascade classifier. This method is used in the identification of Tetra Pak beverage, which is a new attempt. It was originally used to recognize human faces. The model can identify a variety of Tetra Pak beverage. Two kinds of Tetra Pak beverage were tested.Zip-top cans identification model and Tetra Pak beverage identification model composed automatic identification system of commodities. The system can identify two categories of commodities. One is a circular ring shape of the edge of the jar top, such as zip=top cans, canned fruit, canned rice porridge. The other one is series- of Tetra Pak beverage,such as boxes of milk, herbal tea, fruit beverage,etc. The recogni tion rate of the system was 80% after 1860 pictures that were taken by ourselves. |
