With the development of the Internet and the increasingly fierce market competition, competitive intelligence in the enterprise management is becoming more and more important, and become a significant core-competitiveness for enterprise development. How to obtain and analysis competitive intelligence more accurately and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become a significant aspect for the development of enterprise.In recent years, some methods such as user evaluation mining, social network analysis have been used more frequently to analyze the position and the core competitiveness of enterprises, which brings a new method for the analysis of enterprise competitive intelligence. In this thesis,some literatures of competitive intelligence, product evaluation mining and social network analysis are studied to sort out the previous research results from the perspective of theory and application. It introduces the concepts and basic theories for user reviews mining and social network analysis, and expounds their research value in the field of competitive intelligence.Based the research on the concept and theory, the thesis studied how to obtain and analysis enterprise product and competitor intelligence information more accurate in the network environment, and set up a model of social network analysis for enterprise competitive intelligence based on user reviews mining. Through the collection and mining of user’s comments, getting the user’s focus and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the product, and then make recommendations for product improvement. In order to identify competitors and analyze the competitiveness of products in the market, using the higher product attributes of user concerns establish contact with product market,calculated the competitiveness of the products and constructed the inter product competition network with the help of social network analysis.Finally, based on the model proposed in this thesis, take the HUAWEI mate9 smart mobile phone as an example, analyzing its strengths and weaknesses through user reviews analysis, using Ucinet software to establish a social network of HUA WEI mate9 and other popular mobile phone, through the analysis of centrality, cohesion and individual center network to identify its competitors and find its position in the competitive environment of market. This example proves that this model can obtain competitive intelligence information more accurately and effectively, and increase the reliability of the analysis results. The model can help enterprises to predict market trends and formulate development strategy, and provide theory and method supporting for the development of the enterprise.
