| The thesis carries on the topic selection combining with the scientific projects.A compact wide-beam dual band dual polarized antenna array for missile-borne is developed. The simulation and test results show that the antenna satisfies the requirements of engineering application. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:This thesis introduces the characteristics and applications of the antenna and exemplifies the research status of the antenna at home and abroad, pointing out the need for further breakthroughs in such antennas. The proposed antenna not only can achieve a wide impedance bandwidth, but also meets the requirements of wide-beam and low-profile.Moverover,the antenna performances excellently in a special working environment. This thesis put forward the design scheme, using multilayer microstrip patch structure,twin-lead type feeder coupling in the form of cross-gap feed and metal cavity.A prototype is simulated, fabricated and tested. Its final demensions are 140mm*140mm*40mm.The results show an impedance bandwidth for VSWR≤2.5 can cover the whole operating frequency band. The measured minimum gain in S-band is 0 d Bi within a 120°beamwidth.The measured minimum gain in X-band is 0 d Bi within a 90°beamwidth. |
