With the rapid development of modern wireless communication technology,wireless transmitting energy plays a more and more important role,rectifying antenna is an important part of wireless transmitting energy system.Rectifying antenna in the wireless transmitting energy system usually has multiple standards to be able to meet them in the industrial,commercial and military application such as diversity,low cost,light weight and conversion efficiency higher requirements.So-called wireless transmitting energy,it is to point to in under the condition of without any kind of transmission line,in the free space in the form of a microwave wireless electromagnetic waves to transmit energy from the power device to energy dissipation devices.Wireless transmitting energy system is mainly composed of five parts,respectively is: dc-microwave energy conversion,the microwave beam transmitting antenna,the free space propagation of microwave,the microwave beam receiving antennas,microwave-dc energy conversion.And the antennas and microwaves in the wireless energy system can be called a rectifier antenna.The receiving antenna is used to receive external transmission to microwave energy,convert it into electricity equipment can be used directly dc or ac power,this process also need to keep good directional receiver and transmitter,avoid unnecessary loss of energy transmission.The microwave rectifier circuit can be divided into five parts,respectively,microwave low-pass filter,matching network,direct pass filter,microwave rectifier diode and load.If you want to get a good system parameters such as rectifier efficiency of high performance must be from the topological structure of the receiving antenna,the material,feed,rectifier diode and matching problem of the topology of the materials used and the receiving antenna factor is the focus of this article.In this paper will be based on the above mentioned materials and the topology of the receiving antenna factor to put forward the main application of the following two 2.45 GHz centered and 35 GHz centered rectifying antenna.Firstly,a series of feedforward array antennas working at 2.45 GHz.The antenna is based on a rectangular dipole,which is the set of phases.The array starts out as a round short circuit,with the end of the array as a rectangle.Because of the rectifying antenna at the points of the frequency technology is not very mature,so the use of array topology method to change the antenna to reduce the volume of the frequency of the antenna.The dielectric substrate of the antenna is FR4 with a thickness of 0.964 mm.The radiation patch of the antenna is shaped like a sugar gourd that we often eat.Then,a 2x4 microstrip antenna with a 35 GHz center was proposed.Reference to the antenna radiating element,and the medium layer three parts,including radiation unit is by cyclical symmetry plane embedded type E of microstrip patch antenna.Each of these subunits can be divided into three parts,radiating patches,wavelength impedance converters and microstrip lines.The dielectric material used in the antenna model is Material1,the relative dielectric constant is 3.5 and the loss Angle is zero.The microstrip antenna can realize the miniaturization of the rectifier antenna at this frequency,and the performance of high conversion efficiency.In this paper,we also investigated the rectifier performance parameters of the receiving antenna has important influence on the value must be within the scope of the analysis,observation of relationship between these parameters and the antenna resonance point.The detailed design and simulation results of the antenna will be explained in this paper.
