Research On Multi-disciplinary Theory Of Personal Data Protection And Development

In such an open environment,once the personal data is spread to the network,there will be numerous sites to reprint it.Even if the deletion of data sources,it can not be prevented from being reprinted numerous times,what follows is how we protect personal data.However,big data makes all the data valuable,just blindly to protect data is a waste.So it is especially important for us to make use of personal data to make the data produce infinite value.At present,many developed countries in the world has been mastered the technology of personal data protection and development,but our country is still in the preliminary stage.The arrival of the era of big data makes personal data development has great economic and society value,also highlights the significance of personal data protection.Due to the particularity and complexity of big data environment,personal data protection and decelopment not only start to research from only one aspect.Based on these,the author puts forward the concept of “personal data protection and development in parallel”,and proves it from the perspective of multi-disciplinary theory.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of personal data protection and development at home and abroad,and introduces basic concepts and their relationships.Secondly introduces the evolution process of basic concepts and theory.Then,it elaborates the multi-disciplinary theory: the theories of personal data development mainly includes information resource wealth theory,information value-added theory,big data theory and information self-determination theory.Information resource wealth theory establishes a wealth awareness for personal data development,information value-added theory has laid a theoretical foundation for personal data development,big data theory provides a concrete method for personal data development,and information self-determination theory provides legal basis for personal development.Personal data protection theories mainly includes information ethics theory,law theory and deletion theory.Information ethics theory and law theory protect personal data from the angle of morality and law,and deletion theory provides specific method for personal data protection.Finally,this paper combines with actual case of big data development,analyses issues and solutions of personal data protection in this process,and puts forward our own views.
