| The award for provincial outstanding scientific and technological workers is an important activity geared to the needs of the vast numbers of scientific and technological workers in Liaoning province.In the process of application and recommendation,each functional department has to examine the paper materials submitted by the applicants,which not only causes the waste of manpower and material resources,but also may cause mistakes.And since the reviewers talk face to face during the review,they are prone to be affected by the environment and others’ opinions,which may eventually cause an unfair or unjustified result.To solve these problems,as well as to promote the progress of E-government affair,it’s urgent to develop a recommendation and review management software system for the Award for Provincial Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers.Through the analysis of the work process of the recommendation and review management software system for the sward for provincial outstanding scientific and technological workers,this paper designs and realizes four subsystems,respectively subsystem of application,recommendation,review and integrated management.The system has four roles,namely the applicant,recommendation unit,reviewer,super administrator,and it can realize the functions of application,recommendation,preliminary review,final review and integrated management.The preliminary review is the first round of review which takes place within each discipline,and the review committee carries out the final review which determines the award winners.The management functions of super administrator include the management of the system,users’ information,disciplines,candidates’ information,quota allocation,vote,and recommendation units.Development tools such as Myeclipse,MySQL,Tomcat,and key technologies such as Spring,Mybatis,jQuery,DWZ are adopted in the process,which makes the development more simple and convenient and the functions more perfect.To verify the validity and performability of the system,the paper does an overall black box testing to the system.The testing result proves that the system,with beautiful interface,simple operation,high stability and reliability,basically can fulfill the function needs of the award work,and greatly improve work efficiency of the organizer. |
