The Design And Implementation Of Public Security Management Information System

The public security management information system is the essential system for the police department to carry out the tasks of incident management,resident management,industry management,etc.,which shall greatly improve the police officers’ working efficiency and enhance their practical ability.Therefore,this paper,oriented at the development of the public security management information system,based on the object-oriented theory,fully analyzed each service process related to the public security management,and carried out the system samples for each service.The system proposed by this paper contains household register interface,incident management,resident management,industry management,and information management,in which the household register interface handles the daily life information especially the management of the interface setup and acquires of the residents in the city,incident management mainly contains functions related to the incident report,acceptance and progress management,the resident management mainly contains functions related to the ID card service,the industry management contains functions related to the normal and special industries in the city,and the information management contains functions related to the information management and publication.The realization of this system is based on the popular JavaEE Spring+Hibernate+Struts frame technologies,and is carried out by MyEclipse with Java as the programming language and SQL Server 2008 as the database.The application of the system enlarges the share ranges of the information,improves the information transmission speed and accuracy,and helps the limited police officers to be available in work with the best efficiency.Meanwhile,the development and application of the system improves the police officer’s interest in the study and utilization of the computer systems,and shall enhance their ability to meet the advanced standard.
