The Research On Lung Cancer’s Attribution Of People’s Daily And Media Guidance For The Health Literacy

President Xi Jinping pointed out that people’s health should be given priority to the development of the strategic position.As a kind of health problems,the high morbidity and mortality of lung cancer has gradually caught the attention of the society.For media,how to report the attribution of lung cancer often has an effect on the public perception and the improvement of life.In this paper,we study the report on the attribution of lung cancer in the People’s Daily in recent 30 years by using the method of content analysis and discourse analysis.We also make a summary of the differences between the general trend and every cause of lung cancer in the report.At the same time,we summarize the content of the reporting trends,attribution for reports,the characteristics of attribution style,attribution of countermeasures by SPSS.From the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,we find that there are a lot of calls or bans on alcohol and tobacco.We use the content analysis method to find out the differences in the attribution of lung cancer over time,therefore we analyze the change from single to multiple and the content is more comprehensive and rational by using discourse analysis.The structure of the report presents in the basic form of the news event--the narration of news story – the news comment,while the subject of discourse mainly includes the government and experts.Based on the results of the two analysis method,we find that the People’s Daily report on attribution of lung cancer has the characteristics of content science,reporting is the same attribution as medical,strong risk communication features,attach importance to before the crisis and with the single information transmission of experts and government.On one hand it ensures the information professional,but on the other hand,it ignores the interaction with patients and people.According to concludes the characteristics of the report,first,this paper is close to make judgments about utilization and evaluation of reporting information from People’s Daily,then,summarize the “quantity” and “quality” of the information,next,analyze the construction of reporting information,finally,point out that this information provides the basis for public cognition and understanding of attribution of lung cancer.On the objective evaluation of the reports,we find that in the way of communication,there are characteristics of information support and emotional support,pay attention to using the empathetic method in communication and guide the audience to cooperate with the expert advice and form a self assertion,its role is to achieve health information sharing,encourage healthy lifestyles and cultivate health literacy.
