Design And Implementation Of E-government Platform Of Inner Mongolia Economic And Information Technology Commission

Inner Mongolia Economic and Information Technology Commission is a new Inner Mongolia government institutions which is formed in 2010 April by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Economic and Trade Committee, information office, office of the national defense science and industry, agriculture and animal husbandry industry. Prior to the division of business data between the various departments are independent of each other that lead to a serious impact on the efficiency of the Department in collaboration with the office on such a limit to a certain extent. Due to the merge of the Department, it is very important to have a management platform that can manage all departments and work. Therefore, the establishment of e-government platform has become the urgent needs of the Commission by letter of Inner Mongolia.In this paper, we have a further understanding of the business needs after the communication with the corresponding personnel, and then we analysis the detailed needs and have a further plan of platform. Finally, this paper implement the platform using ASP.NET and Server SQL, through the B/S architecture design. And we develop an Android mobile APP aiming to make more convenient for people to use. The platform is divided into 7sections in order to believe information, information disclosure, online services, and interactive communication, through the letter column, focus, and Party building work. And each plate also contains a number of sub sectors, for example, the information disclosure following the open directory, in accordance with the application open, online service sector to declare the following matters, interactive communication, such as the following director mailbox. This structure makes business logic more clear and bright. Among them, the letter information, the letter column, thematic focus, Party building work is mainly used to display different types of news; information disclosure is mainly the government open to the masses of information, government office more transparent; online service for people to provide online declaration matters platform; interactive communication for the people and the government personnel communication provides convenient bridge.At present, the system has been officially put into use. It has improved the efficiency of government offices, and also provides a convenient and efficient communication between the public and government agencies to communicate.
