However, due to the comm ercialization of th e operation, these traini ng institutions obtain different kinds of resources, and also have different teaching levels. Most of the institutions are small entity, their course are set simply, and their locations are scattered. Under the pressure to survive, there is a lot of unnecessary competition among these institutions, which also give the scholars a lots of unne cessary problems on sides of econom y, time, quality of learning experience. In order to solve these problems, from the perspective of win-win cooperation and integrity protection, the syste m constructs a platform which can change the par ts of the operation mode of the training institutions, and al so provide scholars a more secure, flexible and memorized high-quality educational service.In this paper, the requirement analysis of the training management system of the training institutions and its sy stem design are processed, and its implementation method is al so illustrated. The system is designed to be platfo rm independent, and mainly used in linux and android systems and equipments, employing B/S and C/S mi xed architectures and development technologies of QT, DJANGO, My Sql, HTML5,AJAX and etc. to achieve the main functions of user management, search management, educational administration, learning management.During the internal trial run of the system, the actual effect of th e main function design such as the internal m anagement of the orga nization, the study m anagement of students and the cooperation mode between the institutions was verified, and functions of the Institutional internal management, system reporting, expansion of adm issions channels, flexibility of student learning, etc. are praised. However, fr om an overall perspective, a lot of problem s from the actual needs are to be resolved yet. |
