| With the increasing development of China’s medical industry, our medical follow-up system has seen great progress and advancement, and its role in medical treatment has also been increasingly significant. However, compared with the system in the globe, China’s follow-up is still in the development stage, with relative backward of computer information technology. In the process of information reform in the hospital, we find that due to the swift in the direction of medical services, medical follow-up work has received more and more attention.Follow up of discharged patients can promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, make the patient population in the hospital relatively stable, and improve the quality of service for patients, so as to expand market share and improve hospital image in people’s hearts. But the old way of follow up consumes much time and energy, increasing the workload of doctors virtually and greatly reducing the efficiency and level of follow-up. In the rapid development of informatization, hospital information system has become an important means to improve medical environment and enhance management level and medical service level. It’s quite necessary to develop an efficient and easy follow-up system which can exchange with the existing HIS and LIS system in the hospital through the existing artificial follow-up experience.This paper introduces the background and development form of this project, analyses ZLBH platform technology and constructs the patient follow up system with this technology under the C/S structure. Through the field visit to requirement of follow up in the hospital, such functions as follow-up patient information management, follow-up information management and follow-up program management is established. This kind of follow up platform is an inevitable result of the high-speed development of medical informatization, and also the valuable collision of medical industry with computer information technology industry.The designed functions have been implemented. This project solves the problems in follow up such as low efficiency and heavy workload, and at the same time improve doctor’s work efficiency and boost the process of medical informatization. |
