| Pudong Power Supply Company’s electricity power charge accounting management system is one of the important components of the company’s general business operation management platform, which goal is to provide the electricity charge and accounting tool to support the enterprise in implementing its customer service and marketing strategies.This thesis states the design and implementation of electricity power charge accounting management system. On basis of the abovementioned management objectives this thesis systematically describes the system development by means of software engineering’s viewpoint. It at first presents the electricity power charge accounting management system’s functional requirements around the electricity charge management specifications on basic business processing, marketing account processing and liability management. For each function it analyzes the included sub-functions and information processing rules along with the related use case models. It describes the design of the electricity power charge accounting management system where it decompose the software internal structure by means of object-oriented techniques and presents some design details about the internal data structure, transaction processing logic and database relational model. It also presents the software programming implementation and testing methods in black-box mode in brief.Pudong Electrical Power Company’s electricity power charge accounting management system is implemented with Java and its database server is based on Oracle. Through verifications during its test phases and improvements and optimizations during its probation running phase, it well satisfies the company’s management requirements and provide good results of raising the precision in electricity charge assessment and integrity in the account information processing. |
