| Boiler system has a pivotal position in the manufacturing and is closely related to human life.It is important energy conversion equipment in petroleum,chemical industry and other fields.Meanwhile the boiler system is complexity,nonlinearity,uncertainty and time lag which has been restricting its development.With the development of modern industry,the requirement for boiler system has not only confined to complete production and manufacturing,but also concern its safety performance,reduce energy consumption and avoid environmental pollution and so on.At first,this article analyzed the characteristics of the object according to the boiler in the process of boiler system,by using the senior SMPT-1000 multi-function process control training system.According to the control system design principle,PID control scheme based on PCS7 completed boiler design and implementation of the work.And use Wincc man-machine interface is designed to make the operator can more intuitive to boiler system control and monitoring.In view of the non-linear and complex model,the traditional PID control can no longer be good to complete the control requirements.This article use no model adaptive technology to realize the control of boiler system.In order to solve the model free adaptive control in selected control parameters,using ISE,ITAE and the combination of performance index and the gradient descent algorithm is proposed with two order pan model free adaptive controller parameter optimization algorithm to solve the model free adaptive controller parameters in engineering application.The problem of difficult adjustment and using model free adaptive control algorithm for superheated steam outlet pressure of the important parameters to control.We can get the result that the model which free adaptive controller has more advantages in the application of the boiler system,the response more quickly and the system is more stable from the control system simulation results of PID algorithm and adaptive algorithm of the control system model. |
