Research On The Service Reform Of Yanshan University Library Under The Construction Of "Double First-rate"

The main purpose of this study is in the " Double First-rate" construction background,taking Yanshan University library as an example,to discuss the problem of reform of university library service,put forward the reform of library service of the Yanshan University 11 strategies and 3 suggestions.According to the characteristics of the subject,using the observation method,investigation method,literature analysis,text analysis,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,case analysis method,comprehensive analysis method and combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.First of all,through the analysis of the status of the service of the library of Yanshan University,Yanshan University library that is still in the traditional service,the overall performance of a single service mode and service means backward,library service discipline,mobile personalization,socialization,informatization and micro level are relatively low.Secondly,the Yanshan University Library in the innovation service model,improve the quality of service,such as the integration of deduction of fines and other useful attempts,and achieved good results.These activities not only greatly promoted the reading of readers,but also enhance the image of the library,to strengthen the construction of campus culture,to create a good atmosphere for education,for the school’s " Double First-rate " construction has a certain role in promoting.Finally,according to the Yanshan University "double top" construction planning,and puts forward some countermeasures for the 8 Yanshan University Library Service Reform:(1)to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians,librarians update service content;(2)improve the collection resources;(3)to change the role,to better for the College’s teaching and research services;(4)pay attention to the communication with readers,and create a harmonious cultural atmosphere;(5)to deduct points of overdue fine activities as an opportunity to establish user reward system;(6)Yanshan University based on the MOODLE platform,the construction of Library interactive virtual learning community;(7)to serve as an opportunity to promote the school student research and innovation education;(8)to serve the students as a breakthrough,promoting the internationalization of the University.At the same time,the author also puts forward to send someone to maintain and update the library website,the timely release of relevant content,the establishment of specialized reader training,strengthen the reader training work and provide the service for the school teachers and students 3 recommendations.
