With the rapid development of modern science and technology,sensors are now widely used in various disciplines.The traditional sensor can not meet the needs of the modern industrial automation production,future sensors will be of high reliability,micro power consumption,integration,multi-functional development,digital,wireless network development.Based on the IEEE 802.15.4 specification,the Zigbee wireless sensor network communication protocol uses the global open 2.4 GHz band.It has been widely used in wireless sensor networks for its characteristics of low power consumption,low cost,distributed,ad hoc network,high reliability and high security.The title of this paper is the development of Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor Based on IEEE 802.15.4 and Zigbee Wireless Interface.Through the design of IEEE802.15.4 and Zigbee wireless interface magnetostrictive displacement sensor,the hardware and software are designed and combined with the related experiment.A high performance and high precision magnetostrictive displacement sensor is developed and the performance is verified by the relevant application.It has important reference significance and academic value.This paper will analyse the research and clarify the Chinese and the foreign the development and key technology of magnetostrictive displacement sensor working principle,sensor interface technology development,wireless sensor network structure development,IEEE802.15.4 standard progress.The results of which will determine the content of this study.The main points of this paper are:(1)Based on IEEE 802.15.4 and Zigbee wireless interface magnetostrictive displacement sensor hardware design.The main technical indexes and design schemes of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor of the wireless interface are discussed,and the time measurement methods of the three kinds of magnetostrictive sensors are discussed in detail.The hardware design of the MCU module and the ZigBee module is designed,the peripheral hardware of the MCU is designed and the XBee Module,PCB antenna,balum circuit design in the three aspects of the application in the Zigbee wireless module;combined with caxa software on the electronic warehouse explosion-proof structure and related parameters of the design,and discuss the sealing and installation of the necessary materials related to the thread,The telescopic displacement sensor can be used in hazardous situations.(2)Based on IEEE 802.15.4 and Zigbee wireless interface magnetostrictive displacement sensor software design.According to the state machine programming ideas,to determine the MCU module software design,low power control process,TDC-GP22 program design;use DIGI XBee module as a wireless communication interface module,through the Zigbee application layer protocol in the oil A11 Internet of Things system Protocol,focusing on XBee module programming to reduce system system power consumption.(3)Test results and analysis.The Zigbee analogue router,Zigbee analog router and Zigbee wireless displacement sensor are used to build the test platform for the wireless interface magnetostrictive sensor power consumption,non-linearity,and so on.The XCTU test software of DIGI is used to set up the Zigbee analogue coordinator,Zigbee analog router and Zigbee wireless displacement sensor.Degree,temperature drift to test.Test results show that the power supply using 10.6Ah battery The working life of the sensor can reach 2.5 years,the test prototype linearity is about 0.01% FS,the maximum temperature drift of 0.117 mm,the indicators are to meet the expected design,indicating that the sensor has a better practicality.(4)Application examples.Combined with the related application examples,it is proved that the IEEE802.15.4 and Zigbee wireless interface magnetostrictive displacement sensors are efficient and reliable.
