| With the continuous development of anesthesiology,a variety of different anesthesia depth monitoring technology solutions have been applied to the clinical monitoring environment,the Bispectral Index(BIS)monitoring solution,as one of them,has been widely used in high-end patient monitor,which has become a standard configuration option.At present,the patient monitor designed for the basic medical program has also begun to introduce the function module of anesthesia depth monitoring,add the anesthesia depth index for the monitoring parameters,reduce the use of special equipment,help reduce the cost of clinical care,but also improve the market competitiveness of the patient monitor products.In this paper,according to the clinical needs of anesthesia depth monitoring,combined with the reference to market research,designed to develop the anesth esia depth monitoring system for patient monitor.The system hardware architecture is based on ARM embedded platform,the monitor through the plug-in box adapter and BIS device module connection,module communication by using RS232 serial protocol.Its software part,the system is based on the Linux BSP,the application developed by C++ language.The overall software architecture of the patient monitor is based on a modular design.The anesthesia depth monitoring system is designed and implemented as a subsystem of the monitor.The system UI part uses the FLTK GUI framework for user interaction.In the system,based on the FLTK framework design,by re-customizing the DTK control drawing process,to achieve the trend graph,waveform control display and incremental refresh mechanism;use the channel area and parameter area refresh real-time BIS trend,EEG waveform As well as the BIS parameter values.Through the use of the system,the anesthesiologist by observing the monitoring of the BIS real-time measurements,trends and alarm audio-visual signals to determine the patient’s anesthesia,more confident,more accurate and more secure to achieve their scheduled treatment plan.The anesthesia depth monitoring system,as a subsystem of the patient monitor,provides a more effective reference for monitoring the patient’s clinical anesthesia state.The design and implementation of anesthesia depth monitoring system for patient monitor,as an expansion for the patient monitor,will more effectively meet the clinical needs of anesthesia depth monitoring,provide patients with higher quality monitoring,and reduce the dosage and increase the anesthesia after surgery wake up but also bring significant economic benefits. |
