Design And Realization Of A Provincial Science And Technology Reward Evaluation System

With the rapid development of information technology,many science and technology departments of the government put the emphasis of their work on implementing a scientific,systematic,fair and efficient science and technology reward evaluation system by means of information technology,and improving the management and service of science and technology encouragement work.In this paper,the author focuses on the design and implementation of a set of a provincial science and technology reward evaluation system,in the view of the actual demand of science and technology management in a specific province.The study focuses on the following aspects:(1)Detailed analysis of the functional requirements,performance requirements and data flow chart of science and technology reward evaluation.(2)Overall design of the science and technology reward evaluation system,including system architecture,functional module design,database design and system security design.(3)Detailed design and implementation of the reward application system,including the design of the operation flow,and the core code,and the implementation of parts of interface.(4)The system testing,which chows that the system can realize the functional requirements,and meet the design objective.
