| In order to meet the design requirement of personalized products,provide quality design service resources,and improve the service quality in the process of product designing,it developed a platform for new products design and manufacturing which is based on the cloud manufacturing service.It bulit the overall framework of the platform and analyzed its system structure.Reseached the key technologies such as the model for matching demands and services,the model business service collaborative management and the method about product assembly management based on project manufacturing.The mainly work include:Firstly,investigated and analyzed the current condition and requirements of some design and manufacturing companies.Then it bulit a system for release demands according to the service resource description frameword(RFD)and the requirements resource description.Secondly,analyzed the multi-process in the business,and the requirements in business collaborations for suppliers and demanders.Then it proposed a model for business service collaborative management and communication tool online.It calculated the services evalution indexs using statistical services data and the linear regression equation.At last,analyzed the planning of parts and time requirements in the process of new product assembly,and presented the project management method of products assembly based on project manufacturing,solving the resource optimization problem of new products assembly planning.Verified in the related platform combining with an actual case and selected the best server.Experiment shows that the arithmetic and models can realize matching demands and services and giving objective evaluation to designers.and the platform was integrated the industrial chain resourse through online services and offline,so realized the effective management of cloud manufacturing services. |
