Diffraction grating as the most vulnerable components of the CPA system,its aperture affects the output power of the laser directly,and the most effective method to obtain is grating tiled.The traditional tiled grating system focuses on improving the stability of its own structure,using optics to monitor the grating error.But the impact of environmental vibrations makes the grating difficult to maintain long-term stable.It is hard to compensate high-frequency errors by only drive the large-diameter grating.The monitoring light will cause contradictory with the host light.In order to solve these contradictions,making the splicing grating more stable.This paper presents an adjust tiled grating system.The errors are compensated by the small aperture mirror placed at the front of the gratings,which reduce the precision requirement of the drive system.A set of electromechanical pose monitoring system is established,and the distance sensor is used to monitor the grating position The use of monitoring light to solve the splicing grating stability and the contradiction between the adjustable.The details are as follows:(1)Based on the traditional tiled grating system established a theoretical model of compressor in adjust tiled grating system.Analyzed the influence of tiled errors on the output of the CPA.Analyzed the advantages of adjust tiled grating system based on matrix optics and rigid body kinematics.(2)Research on online monitoring of tiled grating.Including the feasibility of using displacement Sensor to monitored the error of tiled grating,multi-dimensional error decopling and control,the arrangement of the sensor.Using two sets of five displacement sensors to monitored the tiled errors.(3)Study on Control Method of Active Mirror.compared two different drive layout.Analysis the model of the drive error.Using incremental PID algorithm to achieve closed-loop control.(4)Experimental Study on adjust tiled Grating Technology.Build an experimental platform.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the difficulty of control the tiled error.
