Abstract/Summary:
With the development of society,research and application of biomedical measurement and monitoring instrument has been growing rapidly.electrocardiogram detection system achieved a great value in some important field of national economy and people’s livelihood such as clinical medicine,pilot selection and fitness.In recent years,with embedded system becoming networking,intelligence,miniaturization,easy to carry,the application of embedded technology to develop electrocardiogram detecting system can better suit the market,thus this paper designed and implemented the exercise load electrocardiogram detection system based on embedded technology research.The concrete research content can be seen as follows.First of all,the background,significance and related research at home and abroad of electrocardiogram monitoring was introduced.It further studied the mechanism of ecg signal and the international general electrocardiogram database.Also the introduction of the analysis in electrocardiogram frequency distribution and lead were showed and the content of electrocardiogram and main problems were summarized and analyzed.Then,the research tried to deal with the noise in electrocardiogram preprocessing through the spectrum analysis of the electrocardiogram noise and its signal.electrocardiogram preprocessing generally includes four common myoelectricity interference noise: high frequency noise,50 hz / 60 hz power frequency noise,baseline drift and the electromyographical interference.Based on the adaptive step size least mean square algorithm,authentication algorithms for preprocessing and algorithms mentioned in this paper were used to process power frequency interference,and cubic spline interpolation and median filter were combined to remove baseline drift.Besides,myoelectricity interference and high frequency interference were removed on the basis of polynomial fitting and classic filter respectively.Simulation and verification of preprocessing algorithm were conducted on Matlab.The research is followed by the classic Pan-Tompkins algorithm for detecting electrocardiogram complex wave to verify the accuracy of using classical filter,differenceand average mentioned in this paper to process composite wave,and also the adaptive threshold algorithm to deal with the residual and fault detection algorithm to correct the heart rate and recognize the accuracy of heart rate.By using the algorithm of triangle and twists and turns properties,validation of the electrocardiogram starting point and end point detection were tested.At last,it tries to verify the accuracy of the interval.Feature point of electrocardiogram and algorithm simulation test were conducted on Matlab.Finally,Information collection,movement control,interface settings and electrocardiogram showing were realized by its electrocardiogram Qt Creator to write electrocardiogram software and transplant into embedded.System is tested and the operation results are analyzed to the verify the feasibility of the authentication system.Introduce Yocto to build the boot loader,the file system,and the embedded kernel.
