The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.In recent years,with the deepening of China’s market-oriented reform and the further expansion of the opening-up degree,the construction industry is becoming increasingly competitive.Competition in the construction industry is ultimately the cost of construction competition,and construction materials procurement costs accounted for more than 60% of the total cost.Therefore,how to reduce procurement costs,which has become a common concern of Chinese construction enterprises.Internet technology has the characteristics of convenient and efficient,low transaction cost,fair and transparent,and has been widely used in various fields of the national economy.Therefore,the study of modern information technology under the procurement of building materials has important practical significance.This paper is based on the background of "Internet +" policy and computer software technology.Based on the analysis of the current situation of construction industry and material procurement,this paper puts forward the model of building materials purchase platform based on "Internet +";Through the design of the overall platform architecture,functional modules,business processes and databases,the use of Python and Django technologies to achieve the construction of the platform.Finally,the return,reputation,credit and security guarantee mechanism of platform operation are put forward,which provides security service guarantee for the good operation of the platform.The research results of this paper mainly include the following contents:(1)To study the feasibility of building materials procurement platform.First of all,by analyzing the current development trend of the construction industry in recent years,combined with the current policy of the country,that the current construction market development prospects are broad;second,analysis of building materials procurement information user groups,user needs,computer technology,cost and other factors that the development of the Internet Technical procurement of construction materials is economically viable.Finally,due to the lack of transparency and low efficiency in the procurement process of traditional building materials,construction enterprises urgently need to change the procurement methods.(2)Proposed based on the "Internet +" building materials procurement platform model.Among them,the main concept of "Internet +" concept,characteristics,application;online procurement model of the status quo,scope,characteristics and so on.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of building materials procurement and construction enterprises own characteristics of the analysis,that the third party online procurement model is suitable for building materials procurement the best model.(3)To build building materials procurement platform,research platform operation security mechanism.This paper constructs the platform and runs smoothly with the Python programming language,Django framework and MySQL database as the main software technical support.Finally,the research on the platform operation guarantee mechanism includes the following aspects: the construction of the platform,Platform operating return mechanism,reputation protection mechanism,credit guarantee mechanism and security mechanism.These four aspects of the study can support the long-term good development of the platform.
