| With the development of the information age,there have many important research issues on supervision work of hydrological information,such as how to ensure real-time and efficient management of water information in river basins and real-time and accurate warning of dangerous water conditions.The traditional hydrological information has many problems: the staff demand is large,the management content is complex,the management standard is not standardized,the warning threshold is set single,the danger alarm is not accurate real time,the leading decision-making plan has no reliable decision-making basis.Due to above problems,this paper designs a management and warning system of water regime information in river basin.Based on the theory of management information system and software design pattern,this paper expounds the design and implementation of water regime information management and warning system in river basin.First of all,according to the actual needs of users of the system,this paper researches the development of related technologies and systems at home and abroad,and uses General Packet Radio Service(GPRS),JavaScript Object Notation(JSON)and Computer Aided Design CAD in system.Secondly,the system needs are analyzed in detail,and the system is divided into two sub-systems: river basin hydrological information management and river basin hydrological information warning.The management subsystem uses C / S design pattern and it mainly includes water information acquisition,water regime information management,user management,system management and river basin file management,record management,decision generation and so on.The warning subsystem includes the collection of warning information,setting of threshold,SMS warning and so on.The static model of each module in each subsystem is designed by class diagram,and the dynamic model of each module is designed by timing diagram,collaboration diagram and flow chart.Then,according to the shortcomings of real-time and accuracy in the existing warning system,the detailed description of the SMS warning in the warning subsystem is designed and the content of the warning content is designed,and the warning of the single node and batch node are discussed in this paper.Finally,the system implementation and system test results are discussed.The test results show that the system can make the dangerous water regime solution quickly and efficiently and can generate a detailed and reliable decision-making basis based on the realization of each module and the application of key technologies to the staff of the Water Conservancy Bureau.The system is tested both in terms of functionality and performance.The test results show that the system can quickly and efficiently make a dangerous water regime solution,and can be based on the realization of each module,the application of key technologies to generate a detailed and reliable decision-making basis provided to the Water Conservancy Bureau staff. |
