| In today’s society,there are more and more requirements on warehouse stuff management,in-out stock frequency was also increased greatly,to find the stock in yard area with large scale depending on traditional manual method shall have the problems of lower efficiency and time wasting,difficulty in finished goods inventory and search,higher labor cost and poor accuracy etc,it shall also influence the operational speed of the whole warehouse severely.Thus,in order to improve the management efficiency of the whole warehouse and remedy the defects of lagging information,the information and position of materials that cannot be searched quickly etc,to realize the network-based management on the warehouse,in this paper it then proposed such a warehouse ma nagement system design scheme based on the RFID technology through the Internet of Things.The warehouse management system based on the RFID technology through the Internet of Things has utilized the key technologies such as RFID technology through the Internet of Things etc,to apply the RFID technologies etc in the hand-held devices,carrying out the study and deployment,integrated application accordingly,through hand-held device to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the acquired data and realize the optimization on the resources of warehouse.The hand-held device can guarantee the accurate acquisition of data information in time,to identify and update it accordingly at each node of the materials.Through RF signal to automatically identify the object and acquire relative data and complete the collection of system’s basic data,by utilizing Restful Web Service interface to transmit them to the backstage management system,to realize the timely delivery of the information in the whole warehouse data,the full life cycle management and control on steel structure raw materials and the inventory management on the steel structure raw materials.The system shall provide the standard system integration interface,support multiple interactive formats an d network protocol Restful Webservice;through the orderly management on raw material and finished products,it realized the management on warehouse materials,enabled the manager knowing the material status and flow direction very well.The system also provides the management functions such as basic data maintenance etc.Through the on-site test on the functions and operations like in-out warehouse etc,the test result showed that,such system can work well according to the developed functions,realize the network informatized management on the warehouse system.The system can work steadily and reliably,it also reached the expected objective of the topic. |
