Demand for data acquisition and processing module of using self-customization,high performance and high reliability is strong in the field of instrumentation measurement,and this paper develops a 200MSa/s four-channel data acquisition and processing module based on VXI bus.Through the analysis of module functions,actual demand and technical indicators,this paper proposes an design method of high-speed data acquisition module.And it solves the problems,such as analog channel conditioning circuits design,high-speed data sampling and storage,waveform parameters calculation based on Zynq embedded system,and VXI bus Register-based driver application.In order to meet the conditioning requirements of analog signals with high bandwidth and large dynamic range,analog channel conditioning circuits are designed with the help of PSpice AD.The clock chip can provide up to 200 MHz LVDS drive clock signals,and ADC chips can complete 200MSa/s high-speed sampling based on the high-frequency clock signals.The HP Slave Interface between PS and PL is used for high-speed data exchange,and implements that sampling data cache to DDR3.Zynq can achieve embedded waveform parameters calculation and FFT computing with sampling data caching in DDR3 through the rational allocation of computing tasks.VXI registers are mounted on the AXI4-Lite bus by using the custom IP core in order to achieve data transmission between PC and module.In the instrument soft panel design,parameter configuration and data transmission calling the VISA driver functions can be implemented between PC and module.The sampling data can be transmitted to the soft panel and displayed through VXI bus finally.At last,the basic functions of data acquisition module are tested.Test results show that analog channel conditioning circuits can meet conditioning requirements of analog signals with 10Hz~100MHz,and frequency response curve flatness performance is good within the entire bandwidth.In addition,data acquisition module completes high-speed data acquisition and storage functions.And the sampling data,waveform parameters and FFT results can be displayed in the soft panel.
