| According to the regulation of minamata convention on mercury,by 2020,batteries and production above a certain amount of mercury will be banned in import and export trade.Printing industry needs a large number of UV curing lamp,high pressure mercury lamp which is traditional generally used will quit the historical stage,and the UV LED curing light source will play a role in this industry.Traditional flexo printing machine using high pressure mercury lamp,it’s not only high power consumption but also with the danger of mercury pollution.Due to the efficiency limitation of UV LED lights,flexo printing machine have to use the traditional high pressure mercury lamp before.But with the development of ultraviolet chip technology,UV LED energy conversion efficiency is higher,single ultraviolet chips’ photosynthetic efficiency is also meet the requirements,UV LED application conditions in the field of high speed flexo printing machine is mature.This article is mainly aimed at high speed flexo printing machine’s requirements of high energy density,narrow spot,to do a system design and prototype making and performance test.Now in the market of UV LED curing light source module,the solutions are mainly directly using the existing UV LED or COB to make array type design,it’s difficult to achieve high power density and efficiency.Based on the application to the curing equipment,making COB design from packaging,combining with the later secondary optical design,mixing LED,matrix arrangement,optics and cooling technology together,to make the products reach the most superior curing performance,and significantly improve the optical efficiency and light power density in the illuminating areal,compared with existing products on the market,our design has much higher superior performance.This article adopts the model of Seoul semiconductor production of UV1000-38,385 nm vertical suits chip,design the COB PCB and surface quartz glass lense,make two package samples,one is 1 parallel 9 series which would be used for near field optical test and thermal resistance measurement,the other is 6 parallel 9 series which would be used for system performance testing.According to the light source file obtained from near field optical testing machine,we make a 6 times array to get a same sized optical source file which is same as the large size COB light source,make model optimization in the LightTools optical design software,we got a silicone lens’ 3D structure model,and the simulated value of UV energy density at 10 cm distance.Contact factory and open soft mold proofing,obtain several silicone lenses.Cover the silicone lens and fixed on the large size COB,connection control circuit,construct platform for good heat dissipation,using UV energy meter for quantitative test.The test results show that the 10 cm of the simulated values and measured values is very close.It means that this topic research has achieved the success of the periodic,designed light source module has the real value of marketing,and laid a good foundation for late complete preprint application.This topic investigated of the professional requirements of the printing industry,study the performance of existing UV chips,do a feasibility studies about a specific application of a high power density of UV curing lamp in high speed flexo machine,and successfully designed out samples,test pass,prove the feasibility of the market and technology.This article aims at contributing a little power to environmental protection,and promoting the development and maturity of UV LED application in our country. |
