Fiber laser with good beam quality,high integration level and convenient maintenance,tunable fiber laser in the measurement,communication and testing,and other fields has a good application prospect.Yb3+ doped fiber has wide fluorescence spectrum?975nm to 1200nm?,the theory can realize large tuning range of laser output.This paper by using wide Yb3+ doped optical fiber fluorescence spectral characteristics and lightning filter?EOTF?fast time response characteristics,design the fast tuning Yb3+ doped fiber laser,and experiment on laser rapid tuning time response,tuning laser,laser output power and pulse characteristic parameters such as the theory of simulation analysis and experimental research,realize the laser wavelength laser rapid tuning output,the average output power of 14.8mW.Specific content is as follows:?1?integrated tunable fiber laser is discussed in the beam quality and maintenance aspects of advantages and good application prospect.From Yb3+ doped fiber,pump coupling method,cavity design and tuning technology and so on various aspects analyzes the key technologies of tunable fiber laser,providing theoretical basis for rapid design tunable fiber laser.?2?The energy level structure of Yb3+ doped fiber laser are analyzed,absorption and fluorescence spectral characteristics,combining EOTF filtering and fast tuning fiber laser dynamic response rate equation theory model,the dynamic characteristics of a laser rapid tuning are numerically simulated.Simulation results show that the laser oscillation laser wavelength conversion need baina lates seconds on transit time,conversion time characteristics of the pump power,wavelength and filter parameters influence factors such as comprehensive.?3?On the basis of theoretical simulation analysis,using EOTF circular cavity quickly tuned fiber laser and experiment.Experiment on the laser spontaneous radiation spectrum,output power,tuning parameters such as laser output was tested,the series to get within 1052 nm to 1073 nm wavelength laser rapid tuning the output,the average output power of 14.8mW.This article uses the electric filter design for fast tuning Yb3+ doped ring cavity fiber laser by theoretical and experimental research,in order to achieve rapid tuning guide the development of fiber laser,especially on the development of laser light source domain transient signal detection has important significance for the development of the laser light source.
